A first release to begin to evolution of phpWebsite to Beanie.

Goals are to:

• Establish central exception catching and friendly error messages for uncaught exceptions on production servers.
• Establish basic auto-loading of classes.
• Deprecate any unused/unneeded features and code so that there is less to maintain and bring forward. These modules will not be maintained any further. Some UI elements will be removed immediately. Code and module will be removed from the distribution at some later release (maybe once there is a corresponding replacement).
• Begin making some quick and obvious UI enhancements.
