AzaharPlus 2123.3-A is the same as Azahar 2123.3 except for these features:

• Support of 3DS files. If a file works with earlier Citra forks, it works with AzaharPlus.
• Ability to download system files from official servers. No need for an actual 3DS.

Changelog specific to AzaharPlus:

• Fixed recurrent crashes in certain games with hardware shaders enabled

The Android build is available in 2 flavors.

One that has the same application id as Azahar, so it will replace it on the device.
Its display name is "AzaharPlus".
Use this one if you have other apps that target Azahar, like a frontend for example.

The other has a new application id so it can coexist with Azahar without issues.
Its display name is "+AzaharPlus+".

So uh where do you download the system files on android?

It is mostly useful to have a way to create miis for games that require them.
You can also boot up the 3ds home menu and look at the game manuels for example.
The downloaded files are put automatically where they need to be, no need to install them.

I'm having an issue with Metroid Samus Returns - the bottom screen is not displaying properly, it's off-center and a good chunk of it is just black, this does not happen in any other game - but it works fine in new versions of Azahar. Do you know if this is specific to Plus or is this a known bug in Azahar 2123.3 vanilla? If it's the latter, can we get an update soon?

Do you have "disable right eye rendering" enabled?
If yes, try without it.

Hi. I'm attempting to play Pokemon Y on here, but everytime I've emulated it, there's a lack of multiple things. The beginning only shows a background with the text, the character selection doesn't show a thing, and then as entering the world, it's all loaded black as if there's a lack of textures.

I tried Omega Ruby instead, and ended with a similar result. Is it something to do with the settings? Or are these games entirely incompatible with Azahar?

Try to change the graphics settings.
The "disable right eye rendering" can break some games, also try with opengl / vulkan.
On android you might need to install drivers, on desktop, make sure they are up to date.
