#1939 replaced PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR with CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR, which breaks building caffe as a subproject (see #1899). This PR reverts to PROJECT_SOURCE_DIR.
Python3 requires
listaroundself.blobs.keys().
