自己突发奇想看能不能将其引入到 Hexo 的 Stun 主题中，参考工具：https://github.com/webappdevelp/hexo-filter-mermaid-diagrams。
另外修改了 Pjax 的加载逻辑，确保使用 Pjax 进行部分重载的时候能够覆盖到 Mermaid 渲染。
