one of my major concerns is how easy the mcp server can be installed. One of the reasons why I choose a binary was that it kinda gave the option to deliver a plug'n play solution. As we have seen recently, this is still not really achieved for all platforms. If you put a look into the CI (Dry Run/Release workflows) you will see that I already do rigorous testing for all platforms to ensure that it works for all major platforms, but apparently we have still some gaps in the testing pipeline here, as users still report that either there binary is not working or that their agent installation is not happening (mainly open code). So if you guys would also take a look at these together with me, that would help me a lot :) In my opinion it is fundamental that the MCP server can be installed as easy as possible. The only gap I currently cannot supply is signing the binaries directly with a windows/macOS dev certificate, which would maybe ease also adoption a bit (the project is still too small to get some sponsoring here). That is what I am already aware of as a current limitation.
Maybe you can share your thoughts/opinions/experiences towards this subject :)
