For this milestone, we should have a basic version of the library that includes the following:
- Documentation
- It's pip installable
- it's compatible with the latest version of EXP 7.7.99
- Have 3d visualizations routines
- Have 2d density field visualizations
- Works with halo and disks
- translate coefficients between gala, AGAMA, and EXP
