This license agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Abahmane and Droussi ("Licensor") and any individual or entity using the Python-Python Game ("Game").
Licensor hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to play and enjoy the Game. This license is for personal and non-commercial use only.
You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Game without the express written consent of Abahmane and Droussi. Any unauthorized use or distribution of the Game is strictly prohibited.
Abahmane and Droussi retain all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the functionality, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the Game.
In no event shall Abahmane and Droussi be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 19/1/2024.
By using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the Game.
