AZ-400 - VM update - 11/03

Hi all,

Quick update. I'm planning to release the update of our AZ-400 Lab VM on 11/03 with:

• VS Code
• VS 2022 Community
• .NET 7 and 8
• Docker for Windows

Everything is installed and ready to work with our eShopOnWeb application.

I'm sorry about the inconvenience of you installing the .NET 7 version. Since I now know the process, the next time we update eShopOnWeb, the VM will be updated earlier.
