Change Cashflow files of the PV Project to respect the latest consistent parsers

The latest modification of the importer parser to make the data model consistent with the transactional data files, has made obsolete the cashflow files in the PV project. This ticket is to convert them to the most updated format, that is, amount type and estimate type are now 2 separate columns.
