I improved a bit the work that was started in #295:

  • the build now works on non-Windows environments
  • it uses the official ANTLR plugin instead of invoking ANTLR manually
  • versions were extracted to an external file to be changed more easily

I also added a Travis CI config, in order to automatically check if the plugin works on various versions of IntelliJ. See for example https://travis-ci.org/bjansen/intellij-plugin-v4/builds/453359747
