Meta has released the use of the WhatsApp APP and WhatsApp WEB for numbers registered with the WABA API.

When trying to use Wuzapi, the connection isn't stable, resulting in a QR Code reading error. With the Evolution API with Baileys, the connection is stable, but the messages never reach the recipient. They display a message saying "Waiting for message...".

Currently, it only works with APIs that use Puppeteer.

Returning to Evolution, a PR was filed there that identifies this QR Code, which contains a different decryption. However, the messages aren't processed correctly by libsignal.
