Show ontology classes in new resource screen

In order to make Atomic Server easier to use as a CMS the user should have a clear place to create instances of the classes they define in an ontology.

We should split the New Resource screen into sections. The first section are the classes we already display. Then we make a section per ontology with a list of its classes. And lastly a section with the search bar for manually selecting a class.
