fix(aws-ec2): fix capitalization of "VPCEndpointType" to "VpcEndpointType" (#789)

Add a patch to the CFN spec that corrects the capitalization of
the "VpcEndpointType" property of "AWS::EC2::VPCEndpoint".

Fixes #765
