Running a "Sidecar Process" with a CNB

Hello community
I'm currently researching running a CNB that runs a second process alongside my main application.
Similar to Cloud Foundry's Sidecar Buildpacks , or Docker's Sidecar Container.
So far I have found this example of defining multiple processes, but it seems like it's possible to run only one at a time, which is not exactly what I'm looking for.

I was wondering if this is possible, or planned for the future with CNBs?
