Describe the Bug

Some charts don't have the dark mode applied by default.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the dashboard
2. Connect to an instance with no data
3. Open "Resource Metrics" -> "Server Trends" or "Memory" -> "Memory Overview" / "Memory Grants"

Fixed in PR #322 + PR #323 (SystemEventsContent follow-up). Thanks @ClaudioESSilva — all charts across both apps now get dark theme in the constructor.
