[FEATURE] Upgrade version from Manage Servers/Edit server dialog

Problem Statement

As it is, when we Add a server to the dashboard, we get an opportunity to Upgrade when we click Test Connection and the PerformanceMonitor database already exists. It would be nice if this upgrade-button also could be used for servers already added to the Dashboard

Proposed Solution

Solution proposal 1: In "Manage Servers"-dialog: Add a button to "Upgrade". At the same time, it would help if the datagrid had a column for Installed PM-version.

Solution proposal 2: In the Edit Server-dialog, if we click Test Connection, the option to upgrade could be displayed in the same manor as when adding a server.

Use Case

Would use it when new versions of Performance Monitor was released.

Fixed in #773 — Edit Server dialog now triggers database version detection on Test Connection, showing the Upgrade button when the installed version is behind the app version.
