[BUG] Lite - Overview Tab -> Memory Utilization - Memory Grant 0 for all timestamps

Describe the Bug

The new Overview tab's Memory Utilization shows Memory Grant as 0 for all collection timestamps, even though there are memory grants according to Memory tab -> Overview tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open dashboard
2. View Overview tab
3. Memory grant under Memory Utilization is 0 for all timestamps.

Expected Behavior

Should show correct memory grant values at each timestamp.

Actual Behavior

Shows 0 for all memory grant values at each timestamp.

NA

Additional Context

Only using Lite, but might be on Full dashboard as well.
