[BUG] Installer doesn't runs under windows authentication

Describe the Bug

I run the installer on one of the server without parameter regarding windows/sql login and the installer reports error because I didn't provide password. It is said that windows authentication is default one.

The installer run fine with the same command on three other servers.

I then switched parameters order and the installer went on successfully:

Run the command in described environment as shown in the picture

Expected Behavior

installation is ok

Actual Behavior

won't install because it expects password.

Fixed in #787. The argument parser wasn't fully stripping flags from positional arguments — --encrypt optional (space-separated) left optional as a positional arg, making the installer think it was a username and falling into the SQL Auth path. Now all -- prefixed flags and their trailing values are properly filtered.
