Varnish showing cached pages to logged in users

2. Log in to /wp-admin (GOOD)
3. Visit home page and notice the WP Admin Toolbar doesn't appear (BAD)

Hm, I thought we were already bypassing cache for wp logged in cookies...I'll dig into this
