Thanks for this. I had problems with MomoRobo loading the driver for my MOMO8 IPS, but eventually installed the driver using SuperOneClick instead. Once the driver was installed I was able to run ZhuoDaShi, though I had to go through the process twice to get it to root the device. It is now rooted and SuperSU has been updated as described. |

momo ws recognised by zhuodashi, there was green text with the word ROOT in it,on the left side of the screen, but it was not clickable, there was no big root button either, zhuodashi has now upgraded to version 2.2.16.and this is a completely different screen, any help at all on this would be much appreciated, forgot to mention my momo8 is on jelly bean version of android, not sure if this makes a difference, thanks. |

Thanks, it's work. How to connect to the ad-hoc network on this device? Can you help me? Sorry for my bad English. |

Initially this worked, but after the second reboot, I got a boot loop! I'm seeing quite a few others around the forums with the same/similar problem, I wonder if there is any good reason to be using the exact versions you link to in your guide? Latest Moborobo is easily d/l'ed from their site and latest Zhuo DaShi (via Google Translate) also has newer version: https://static.opda.com/zhuo... (via dashi.com). Problem is it's tricky to resolve without a windows pc to hand (my old windows laptop hd died as I was updating it ready to do the above >.<) so trying this on Windows 7 initially worked (well..), attempting this a second time (post boot loop) resulted in wasted afternoon fighting wnidows usb device manager!!! My device isn't bricked, I can connect via adb and get root shell, reboot to recovery (screen with image of Android robot with service flap open!) but without CWM or similar, no usual update.img type solutions have worked so far..The official Ployer 4.1.1 re-flash instructions do state "better use windows xp"! so unfortunately this may be my only current method of resolving this for now. Just a warning to anyone thinking of trying this that doesn't have a windows box to save them if things don't work out! Aaaah the irony!!! |
