Split FlexFarmer destinations on get-started page to parallel other selections

When a farmer chooses FlexFarmer on get-started now, they are sent to the farmer.flexpool.io introducer site, rather than the get-started page with configuration.

Please add a link to the introducer site, and change the destination of "View FlexFarmer Guide" action to https://farmer.flexpool.io/get-started
