New tool : issue_write fails to create issues.
Affected version
v0.20.0
Expected vs actual behavior
After updating to v0.20.0, the server fails to create an issue using the new tool issue_write:
"MCP error -32603: failed to create issue: POST https://api.github.com/repos/xxxx/issues: 422 Validation Failed [{Resource:Issue Field:type Code:invalid Message:}]"
