[Feature] Backup / Migrate (not two features)

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

My feature request is to simply the backup process. If we can download either one big file or separate files with every needed to migrate or restore the existing installation, it would make it easier to restore or migrate a person's setup to new equiptment. Instead of having the user hope that they copied everything right, especially people who are new to docker, and making sure they it is up in a new installation currently. If we could just download everything needed to restore what we have, that would make it a lot easier. Maintenance Mode makes things easier, but not every Immich user is a technical, especially with Docker as the people who write the code.
