[Feature] All in one docker container for easy deployment and updating

I have searched the existing feature requests, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

Currently running Immich requires an extensive docker compose file that is not compatible between versions. Because most users use it for DIY hosting and are not looking to scale to thousands of users a single self container docker image would be great. Updates could be as simple as bumping the version. Optionally we could also set an external Postgresql or Reddis instance.

Indeed! But I am a bit worried about the update process, will it not break migrations?

They’ve had a good track record so far. We don’t plan to offer a single container ourselves.
