Now that we're actually using this package in a realtime application, it's more obvious that we need to focus a bit more on performance. This milestone is complete when intersesh/relay can send maximum size UDP packets containing encrypted contents over the wire without any noticeable latency added by the encryption.

We should still focus on making the code as easy to read as possible.
