Include 'disable/enable' mode for processes

Thanks for your great work on this tool.
When experimenting with threads, it would be great to be able to quickly enable/disable individual processes without having to rewire - just to save time, and hear the effect of including/excluding particular processes on the final output.

I've had a few requests for this and it is something I am planning on looking into.
