ggwave data over sound or img2sound?

Hi,

is it possible to implement a data over sound package where sound+plain text result in encrypted gibberish bleeps, and also can
be decrypted?

i know that is not a musical idea if the sound is manipulated in later process, and also maybe can't decrypted then.
but it could be a creative bleep tool that maybe works for information in sound.
