Digital input for times

The android sliders are very difficult for people with dexterity related disabilities, even mild ones like a small tremor. A direct digital interface for input would be most appreciated. It takes some effort to get an x.0 when your fingers keep bouncing the slider between x.7 and x.4.

Currently there are no plans to implement this (see previous discussion in #106). One way to get more "leverage" in adjusting preferences is to rotate your phone into landscape mode. This creates longer sliders for adjustment.
