libui-dev?

Hey there kojix2,

I saw that you recently updated the README and added libui-dev. I had a look
at libui-dev too and their branch appears to have a few features that libui-ng
currently does not have. Is it possible to test this in (ruby) libui-ng? If so, which
instructions could be used to test it? petabyt wrote in the README (the
https://github.com/petabyt/libui-dev/ URL) that tooltips work, for instance. I'd
like to test that but I am not sure how to proceed in this regard. Or perhaps
this is currently not possible, as there must be ruby FFI bindings supporting
this. (I really need to learn C properly ...)

Currently, Ruby's LibUI does not support libui-dev.

By the way, could you help merge #103 ?
