Added a new TracingConfig to configure per-operation span levels and optional per-command elapsed-time events. When no tracing subscriber is installed, instrumentation incurs zero cost. Spans emit structured fields such as frame size, correlation IDs, and result status. Streaming responses emit per-frame debug events including frame counts. Added unit tests with tracing-test and BDD scenarios to validate spans and timing events. Updated client builder with tracing_config method and documented new tracing features in users guide and design docs. Marked roadmap item 11.1.2 as done. This improves client observability with fine-grained, configurable tracing instrumentation without breaking backwards compatibility.
