FR: Adding custom symbols from latex tikz, circuitikz

I have been using axglyph as a replacement for tikz and circuitikz from a long time. With the opening of this forum, I wanted to ask if it is possible to import svg symbols from tikz and circuitikz directly into axglyph somehow. If not, could this be considered a future idea for implementation.

I know that axglyph already has a built in library of components for electrical circuits but it is not as vast as circuitikz.
