Description

This pull request updates the model gallery by introducing a new specialized extraction model, updating an existing model reference, and adding a new configuration file for the LFM family of models. The main focus is on improving support for structured data extraction from unstructured documents and ensuring correct model configuration.

Model additions and updates:

• Added a new entry for liquidai_lfm2-350m-extract, a model designed for extracting structured information (like JSON, XML, YAML) from unstructured documents, including relevant metadata, download URLs, and use case descriptions.
• Updated the lfm2-vl-450m model reference to use lfm.yaml instead of chatml.yaml for its configuration, ensuring the correct template and settings are applied.

Configuration improvements:

• Added a new gallery/lfm.yaml configuration file, defining templates and settings for LFM models, including message formatting, function-calling capabilities, and stopwords.
