Will I Break You (WIBY) is an initiative to create a "pre-cog" type tool like CITGM (Canary In The Gold Mine for NodeJS) wherein a package (like Express) can define downstream projects that consume said package and build that downstream package against nightlys / dailys of said upstream package.
