#up user.script as an alternative to #up script

When working on scripts that you need to test on another user you often do a sequence of commands

up up up up Enter - user one
up up up up Enter - #up script
up up up up Enter - user two
up up up up Enter - one.script

Look at the output and repeat the cycle. It is very annoying to do.
I suggest Instead of first sequence:

#up one.script
one.script

Hackmud backend would checks if "one" is a valid and owned username and performs #up from that user

if you want to go even further, add a "#up one.script call" to make it a one liner. Would be awesome

This would accidentally help address another problem I saw in n00bz: if you run #up user.script you get an error that doesn't make much sense: could not find script source file.

What about adding a main scripts folder at the place where the settings file lives? To upload scripts from there, a new command can be introduced like #upm or #up_main.
