The workflow_dispatch limit was recently updated from 10 to 25 input parameters (https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/8774)
This is already not enough 😓 The original discussion cited complex environments, I'd like to cite "just things other people are doing that weren't accounted for."
I think you'll be chasing the right "max" indefinitely unless you remove the limit. I'd personally like to have at least 100 input parameters.
The workarounds here are:
I'd prefer not to get lost in the specifics of my particular use case or what I could do instead. I know what I can do instead 😄 Starting the discussion because I'd love to be able to use workflow_dispatch and I expect a pile of the people on the original discussion have use cases that would benefit from more than 25 input parameters.
