Claude Opus 4 model missing from Copilot Chat model selector on one machine but available on another

I'm experiencing an inconsistency with model availability in GitHub Copilot Chat across two different machines.

Issue: The Claude Opus 4 model appears in my Copilot Chat model selector on my VM, but it is not available on my main machine. Both machines are logged into the same GitHub account.

Models available on my main machine:

GPT-4. 1 (0x)
GPT-5 mini (0x)
Grok Code Fast 1 (0x)
Raptor mini (Preview) (0x)
Claude Haiku 4.5 (0. 33x)
Claude Sonnet 4.5 (1x)
Gemini 3 Pro (Preview) (1x)
GPT-5-Codex (Preview) (1x)
GPT-5.1 (Preview) (1x)
GPT-5.1-Codex (Preview) (1x)
GPT-5.1-Codex-Max (Preview) (1x)
GPT-5.1-Codex-Mini (Preview) (0.33x)
Claude Opus 4 is missing from this list, yet it appears on my VM.

Expected Behavior: Claude Opus 4 should be available on both machines since I'm using the same GitHub account.

Steps Already Tried: (Add any troubleshooting you've attempted, such as signing out/in, updating extensions, etc.)

Could anyone please help me understand why this discrepancy exists and how I can get Claude Opus 4 to appear on my main machine?
