Name.Com Offer Error

Hi everyone,

I have been trying to redeem my name.com domain benefit from the developer pack but for some reason it keeps telling me that it seems like i am signed into the wrong GitHub account on name.com and i triple checked and i am signed in to the right one then i went into the student developer pack portal and it lists name.com as one of my claimed offers even though i never claimed it. Can someone from GitHub help me i really need the .studio domain i will attach some images so you can see

This issue happens fairly often with the Name.com benefit in the GitHub Student Developer Pack. When the system says you’re “signed into the wrong GitHub account,” it usually means the offer was already marked as redeemed on Name.com’s side, even if you never used it.

Since the Student Pack portal shows the Name.com offer as already claimed, it means GitHub has already flagged your account as redeemed, and Name.com will refuse new redemptions.

Unfortunately, users cannot fix this themselves. Only GitHub Education Support and Name.com Support can correct a mis-flagged redemption.
