GitHub Education Application (Teacher) Rejected Despite Matching Billing Information

Hi everyone,

I need some help regarding my GitHub Education application (Teacher).

My application was rejected with the message:
"Please complete your GitHub billing information with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document."

I updated my billing information to match exactly the full name shown on my academic affiliation document. However, GitHub continues to reject my application with the same reason.

I have already updated my billing information to match exactly the full name shown on my academic affiliation document. I also tried applying multiple times from both my phone and PC, and I made sure to log out of all accounts before each attempt. Everything matches correctly, yet the application continues to be rejected.

At this point, I suspect there may be a technical problem with the verification system.

How can I escalate this issue to get it properly reviewed and resolved?
