Generation of video thumbnails

In my opinion this is feature is indispensable.
Imaging uploading a folder of 10s or 100s of videos with generic filenames (which is the default for all cameras) and being unable to differentiate between them because no thumbnails are being displayed. Each file is hundreds of MBs at least.

So you have to go into everyone of them and play it, instead of knowing instantly which one you need, based on a thumbnail.
