Add a simple checkbox for accepting Privacy Policy & Terms of Service.

Should be pretty simple, just add a setting for optionally having a button for users to accept when signing up where you can set your Privacy Policy & Terms of Service link separately. For the sign up page just add a check box with a text box saying "I agree to the Terms of Service & Privacy Policy. This should be a simple way to help hosts align with the GDPR and similar policies.
