Please indicate any features or errors of extracting and converting the IPCC reports

WG2 extraction is incomplete. There are 18 chapters and currently we only have

chapter_1	chapter_11	chapter_13	chapter_2	chapter_4	chapter_6	chapter_8	glossary.html
chapter_10	chapter_12	chapter_14	chapter_3	chapter_5	chapter_7	chapter_9	toplevel.html

SimonW suggests this may be due to the chapters 15-18 having a different addressing scheme.
