UNFCCC file markup needed for typesetting

I'm looking into the markup needed to typeset UNFCCC HTML sources as multiformat in a book form using CSS typesetting, for output formats: responsive web, pages web, PDF screen, PDF print, ebook. This is using Vivliostyle tooling: Vivliostyle.js and Vivliostyle CLI.

Sample files will come from: CMA, CMP, and CP.

To start with Ill use two Session file sets:
