Goals

Upgrade the powerController to have methods that get current readings from the power supply in a standardised format.

Key Deliverables

• Power monitoring support in the powerController (#132)

Exit Criteria

• The powerController will have methods allowing users to get power readings during tests.
• The power module interface class will be updated to have methods to return power readings defined
• All currently implemented powerModules capable of getting power readings will have their methods implemented.
