To integrate the RAFT framework with CATS, new controllers will need to be created to interface with the CATS API to control the devices in the CATS rack.

Acceptance Criteria:

A CATS variant of the following control modules will have been created:

• Power switch module
• Command module (console interface)
• Remote controller module
  Extra modules may be found and added to this list when CATS is further researched.
