Build instructions

Use the start menu to launch "x64 Native Tools Command Prompt for VS 2022"

Navigate to this directory

run setup.cmd This creates the VS solution files in the ..\build directory

Either

run build.cmd to build the project or
launch Visual Studio and open the solution file in the ..\build directory

Then

run install.cmd This installs the built programs in the ..\bin directory where they can be executed
