Transform output to MATLAB Object

The MATLAB code for the binout reader function can be improved by changing the output argument, called binin in the given code, from being struct (structure) to a dynamic class object. The idea is to make the binin struct a parent object, the fields of the original binin as child objects, and the sub-fields of a given field as grandchildren, and so on until the lowest level is reached which includes the arrays of the actual data. The main motivation is that performance and memory usage would be substantially improved during the reading of the binout file and also when the end-user works with the (large) data returned by the binout reader function, i.e., the binin (when it is a dynamic object).
