Subject: [PATCH] Create Cosmovisor-Sei-Update.sh

The version of the SEI validator installed with Comovisor can be easily upgraded with this script.

 Script :

-Shows the Cosmovisor folder structure.
-Requests user login for new version.
-Controls system environment variables.
-Downloads SEI Chain by making necessary system updates.
-Checks out the version entered by the user.
-Builds the Seid program.
-Creates the necessary cosmovisor folder and copies everything into it.
