Pixel 9 Search

I am using on the Pixel 9 site also Community Store. When visitors use search block it search items only from the main site data – not from the whole database (published products).

How I can make this Auto Nav's search read also store product informations?

With v8 Pixel theme I had the same problem but it was fixable with ../system/optomation/jobs as shahroq advised.
I had to run 'Index Search Engine - Updates&Index Search Engine - All'. With v9 this is not possible anymore.
