Usage of openmaps.fr services by paid apps or website ?

Hi,
When launched with a stronger server, in December the 15th 2025, this service for continuing serving OpenTopoMap tiles was run with a restriction : Only non-commercial re-users would be allowed.
The two main reasons were :

• not to overload the server and risk slow down as it was regularly the case with opentopomap.org
• not to accept companies to make money while using a user funded server

But since the previous OpenTopoMap.org service was also used in commercial apps/websites people have asked me a few times : why not also open the service to those ? After all, if ressources permits, why not accept funding also from commercial apps ?

I haven't made my mind yet about if, how and under what conditions ?
