chore: Test remote functions with full-async setup

This moves the remote functions tests into an app where we can use async SSR / await syntax in the template. Since this is how remote functions will actually be used, it should allow us to more reliably catch bugs with them -- as well as more reliably catch regressions from experimental changes in svelte async.
